Rachel Marosy is a dynamic operations professional with over 15 years of experience spanning property management, financial services, and manufacturing. Known for her ability to bring structure, efficiency, and leadership to fast-paced environments, Rachel has made a career out of optimizing systems and supporting growth across multiple industries.
Rachel spent more than a decade in the property management field, working directly with real estate investors and property owners of all types. She ran day-to-day operations for property management firms, overseeing everything from leasing coordination and vendor management to budgeting and compliance. A key strength of hers was managing make-ready turns—ensuring units were efficiently prepped between tenants to reduce vacancy and maintain property value.
